This 36-year-old young woman Western Kentucky was interested in reshaping her breasts. She had previously had breast implants about 12 years ago with 270 cc moderate profile saline implants filled to 300cc. She wanted to increase the size of her breasts as well as have a more lifted appearance. Dr. Kaye discussed increased volume with replacement implants and a breast lift with the goal of a more symmetrical areola appearance. She proceeded with an implant exchange from 300cc saline implants to 400cc high profile silicone implant and a Benelli lift. She is shown here at her pre-op and three month post-op appointments.
