This 53-year-old from Madisonville was interested in facial rejuvenation. Her main goals were to tighten up her cheeks, sagginess around her mouth, chin, and eyes. She had significant soft tissue in the lower facial region including the jowls, melolabial and nasolabial folds. Upper lids showed moderate skin excess but with the brows in good position and good lower lids. Dr. Kaye considered her a good candidate for a face and neck lift.
