This woman had a long history of outdoor sun exposure and severe solar skin damage. She wanted to tighten her neck and redefine her jaw line as much as possible. She understands that her skin damage will require additional care and protection for the rest of her life. She underwent a neck and face lift to better tighten and rejuvenate the face. As shown in the after pictures there is significant improvement in the skin under the neck and around the eyes. Her before and seven week post operative pictures are shown.
