This 47 year old was self-referred for an evaluation of her lower face and neck contouring. We offered her options of liposuction alone for fat contouring versus liposuction of the submental and jowl along with a mid and lower face lift for optimal results. Given her family history along with her family history and development of excessively heavy neck with platysmal banding in most of her relatives, she has chosen the latter. She had a face and neck lift with liposuction of jowl and submental region, she also had skin tags removed along her neck.
