This is a 35-year-old who is 5’4” and weighed 145 lbs. Her weight had been stable for several years. Her goal was to “get rid of my baby pooch” which was present after her deliveries. She had a large amount of loose, hanging skin and a moderate amount of underlying excess fat. This was corrected with a lipoabdominoplasty, which combines extensive liposuction of the front of the abdomen, waist and upper hips to give a flatter belly and an attractive waist and curve into the buttocks. Her post-operative comment is “love it”.

She states, “I feel confident. I feel like I did over ten years ago. The work is amazng.”
