This 31 year old mom said she wanted to “fill out my bra and have cleavage”. She breast fed two of her four children and noticed a significant loss of breast volume and shape thereafter. She had a vertical mastopexy with submuscular, saline 330cc implants filled to 380cc on the right and 360cc on the left to allow for pre-op asymmetry. Her pre-op and 6 week post-op photos are shown.
